Terms of Service

getinloop gives independent service providers ("Providers") a public booking page with an AI voice assistant. People who want to book ("Customers") can talk to the assistant, choose a service and time, and receive a confirmed appointment. The Service includes scheduling tools, availability management, notifications, optional Google Calendar synchronisation, and a prepaid minute wallet that funds voice conversations.

getinloop is a booking tool. The underlying professional relationship — the appointment itself, its quality, price, delivery, cancellation, and any payment for the Provider's services — is strictly between the Provider and the Customer. We are not a party to it and accept no responsibility for it.

To register as a Provider you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping access to your sign-in method (such as your Google account) secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Conversations with the voice assistant are conducted by an AI system and are processed, transcribed, and retained as described in our Privacy Policy, including to meter usage for billing. By starting a voice conversation, you consent to that processing. The assistant is designed for making bookings; do not use it to share information that is not needed for a booking.

AI systems can make mistakes. Appointment details are confirmed in writing (on screen and by email), and the written confirmation is authoritative over anything said in a voice conversation.

Voice conversations are funded by the Provider's prepaid minute wallet:

• Top-ups. You can buy minute packs at the rate shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Promotional bonus minutes may be included with a pack.
• Metering. Each connected call is billed per minute, rounded up to the next whole minute, with a one-minute minimum. Call durations are verified against our voice platform's records; if a provisional charge differs from the verified duration, we adjust the difference automatically (charging the shortfall or crediting the overage).
• Credit expiry. Minutes included with a subscription and promotional or bonus minutes may expire; any expiry date is shown in your wallet before and after purchase. Minutes from paid top-ups do not expire while your account remains open. Expiring credits are consumed first.
• Balance floor. Calls cannot start unless the wallet holds at least one billable minute of available balance, and a call's maximum duration is capped by the available balance at the time it starts.
• Refunds. Wallet credits are not redeemable for cash. Except where required by applicable law, top-ups are non-refundable once minutes from that top-up have been used; for unused top-ups, contact us at support@getinloop.ai and we will review requests in good faith. Charges resulting from a metering error on our side will be corrected or credited.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep plan benefits until then. Plan downgrades likewise take effect at the end of the period. We may change plan pricing or included benefits with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Parts of the Service depend on third parties: Google (sign-in and optional calendar sync), Stripe (payments), and ElevenLabs (voice conversations). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms. If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise us to create, update, and remove booking events in your calendar as described in our Privacy Policy; you can disconnect at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent, including misrepresenting who you are or the services you offer;
• harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or use the voice assistant to record or extract information from people beyond what is needed to make a booking;
• send spam or unsolicited marketing through the Service;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security features, or access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
• scrape the Service or use automated systems to place fake bookings or generate artificial voice traffic; or
• resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may remove content that we reasonably believe breaks the law or these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you add to the Service — your profile, service descriptions, images, and similar material ("Provider Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display Provider Content solely to operate and promote your presence on the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you post and for its accuracy and legality.

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by GETIN TECH LLP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may impose reasonable limits on usage to protect the platform. Where a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that the voice assistant will be free of errors or misunderstandings, or that bookings will be honoured by Providers or attended by Customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither GETIN TECH LLP nor its partners, employees, or agents will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will indemnify and hold harmless GETIN TECH LLP from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Provider Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the law, or your dealings with your Customers.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8, 9, and 11–16) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. We would rather solve problems than litigate them — write to us first at support@getinloop.ai and we will try to resolve the matter informally.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice by email or in-app before the changes take effect; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Effective date" above shows when these Terms were last revised.
